To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be in its original condition, including all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
• The product must not have been used or installed.
• The product must be returned with valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@Therapulse.com . They will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending the product back to us.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions above. If it does, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
